Brad foster is an outstanding bankrutcy lawyer. But even more he is very upstanding man. He knows the procedures and laws. And there isn't anybody else that you should consider. If Brad can't help then no one can. He knows what he is doing. I talked to him in length at my appointment and he is a very down to earth and pretty cool guy. I wouldn't let him represent my dog. He said he explained my case to me and he didn't. It's costing me 3 times what it should have yet he said I am the ignorant one for not understanding his lawyer language. Don't know how he sleeps at night. I am a widow barely making it for a thing my late husband did without my understanding.
Katie was very reassuring on the phone! I received a letter from another attorney for my ex-fiancé & his wife filed ch7 bankruptcy.... I had no idea what to do... pure panic I called Foster law and Katie reassured me it wasn’t reporting to my credit at all. She advised me to continue to paying on the joint loans and request both loans be frozen so no money can be taken from either. Highly recommended! Upbeat, professional service over the phone! I’d give them 100 stars if I could!
