It looks like there are more than one person that have experienced a violation by this law firm a violation of ethics at least. I will be filing a grievance with the state bar association I suggest the rest of you do the same. Myself, as well as many friends and family members have been clients of The Foster Law Firm for years. In particular, Mr. Lynn Foster. Each and every time I have been in need of an attorney, Lynn has been there. I have built a great deal of trust and confidence with this Law Firm as they have always provided the assistance that I needed.
Unless you are a close personal friend Lynn at least, does not care about you. After $5k to for doing nothing he let me go as a client because I couldn’t afford to mediate. Of course he is keeping the money even though he did no work on my case. In this instance I’m trying to keep my child out of an extremely dangerous situation and all he sees is dollar signs. It’s really sad.
