Could not be more happy with Bill Foster. I transferred from another probate attorney who was horrible! Bill Foster communicated clearly and professionally. Explained the process and timelines. He even found errors while reviewing the prior lawyer documents and reports. I wish I could give a rating higher than five stars.
This law firm deserves higher than a 5 star rating. I was cut off my Long Term Disability suddenly, with no advance notice by Unum Insurance. I contacted a firm that referred me over to Foster and Foster because my case was smaller than they handled. I was upset with having my income cut suddenly and was dealing with brain fog from stress. However, this firm and the staff I worked with Jenny, Sally, and others, were on top of my case even when I didn't get the information they needed to them right away.
