I requested a watch repair on March 3, 2025, it is now March 2026, I still haven’t received my watch back. The repair status remained as “product received” since April 2025. In the last 12 months, I followed up with them by email, web forms, instagram, for at least 5 times, never received a reply from them. If someone from this office is reading this, could you help me to track my watch please? Repair request number is RP81908CA. Thank you.

I want to say how the great employees at this company went way above the call of duty to help me remedy a problem that I was having with one of their bels that was purchased on Amazon. I have worn their belts for years and this one had some issues with the materials. Thank you Jacoby, Kim(at front desk) and the many other employees that helped me get it all straight and gave me a gift card to purchase a new one. This company has VERY good customer service.

Had a watch serviced/repaired. I mailed it in and received an email letting me know what was wrong and the cost. I paid the invoice and in about 2 1/2 weeks later my watch was sent back to me and it works great now. I thought it was an easy process.

I am absolutely so frustrated with this experience so far. I bought my husband a watch for our wedding day, had it engraved with a special note on the back, it is a beautiful watch. Unfortunately it arrived broken but we didn’t know until he put it on, I called the number I was given in store and was promised it would be an easy fix and would be back within 5 weeks.
