Easily the worst customer service & experience I have ever had. I am so tired of dealing with indians in call centers who are extremely incompetent trogladytes. And on top of that you have severely insidious policies and a ridiculously outdated website. EVERYTHING about this company is trash. HORRIBLE! I can't even fathom treating customers this badly. My second bad experience with Fossil. I am informed the don't have the parts to repair my five-year-old Gen 5 Smart Watch. Previously, they couldn't repair my CH2446 chronograph, but the Fossil store gave me a substantial discount to go with the gen 5. Now, the fossil stores are all closed, so there is no face to get in front of. My opinion is that a fossil watch is a throw-away. If it breaks, good luck.

They don’t even deserve one star. These people are a dam joke. I ordered a gift card on 11/27/24 , never got the gift card but it was taken out 2 times out of bank account, which I did not recognize until I had called following day to try again to get the gift card. So after I ordered the $75 gift card again I went into my checking and saw that the day before they took 150 dollars for the gift card I never got and then my second order was supposed to be for $75 ONLY!
