I am absolutely so frustrated with this experience so far. I bought my husband a watch for our wedding day, had it engraved with a special note on the back, it is a beautiful watch. Unfortunately it arrived broken but we didn’t know until he put it on, I called the number I was given in store and was promised it would be an easy fix and would be back within 5 weeks. Absolutely disappointed with my purchase and the customer service experience. I bought a Fossil hybrid smartwatch from the Market Mall location in Calgary, and the device failed shortly after despite being under warranty. I was told that warranty repairs are not handled in-store and I had to ship the watch to the U.S. at my own expense. Easily the worst customer service & experience I have ever had. I am so tired of dealing with indians in call centers who are extremely incompetent trogladytes. And on top of that you have severely insidious policies and a ridiculously outdated website. EVERYTHING about this company is trash. HORRIBLE! I can't even fathom treating customers this badly.
