When I consider all of my statement pieces in my closet, I realize they are all from my favourite store- this one! Whenever I am in town, I add a few more pieces to my closet. I am always enthusiastically assisted by the staff while I’m there. Couldn’t be happier!
VERY unhappy with my experience at fossello. My husband purchased a shirt as a gift for me a few days ago and unfortunately it is the wrong size and I was hoping to exchange it for something else. I go in and find out it was on sale so therefore they won’t do anything for me. They did not tell my husband it was final sale when he purchased it. Lovely collection of clothing…disappointed in customer service. Was in yesterday and walked around for at least 10 minutes without being acknowledged by staff (there were a few staff members and store only had one other customer). Was going to try on a dress but decided to leave instead. A little hello goes a long way!
