I was treated by Alex Stewert, but my symptoms did not improve and became worse following the treatment. The explanation provided for the treatment did not make sense to me. I was instructed to keep tape applied across my shoulder and back for two days. When I later removed the tape carefully, it tore the surface of my skin. After cancelling my next appointment due to the lack of improvement, I received a phone call lasting around 10 minutes during which it was explained that this could be part of the treatment process.
