Chris at Forward Mortgage was absolutely awesome to work with! When we were looking to purchase our first home, we went around “shopping” for pre approval rates. Chris was the only one to personally reach out to us to talk about the housing loan process and broke it down for us so we could understand. Chris is very personable and friendly. I’ve known Brian many years and he’s closed many deals for me.. both purchasing and refinancing deals. Brian is very meticulous and patient and articulate and honest and will go the extra mile to make sure you are pre-approved and ready to go on closing day. On top of his great work ethic, he’s a great human being and a committed family man. Please consider him for all your real estate needs as I have in the past and will continue to do in the future.
