Very nice customer service and very comfy massage chair at reasonable price.
Levi was very helpful, he was patient and answered all my questions and gave me great discount. He is an excellent customer representative.
Their website is not accurate or up to date. I purchased furniture only to be told it is not available. When I looked online to find an alternative, as suggested by them, I found one. I was told this was not available either. They provided a picture of an alternative but one cushion is a completely different color. Would NOT recommend this company. I'll provide update if my issue is resolved by the company. $2K spent here with nothing to show and they are holding my money...very disappointing and frustrating to say the least... read more
