We are happy with our Murphy cabinet bed so far. It took a while to arrive but apparently they had to wait for a mattress order to arrive. Customer service was very good about replying to my enquiries. The one thing that was disappointing is that the reviews seemed to imply that it was easy to assemble. It was not . I’m not sure if other folks received theirs partially assembled but we received three boxes and a box full of hardware…screws, dowels, hinges - literally NOTHING was assembled! Got a mattress and bed frame from Dave he was super helpful also got delivery and the delivery guy was very fast and super helpful with all my questions
In-store customer service was excellent. Quality of product also excellent, especially for the items received, but unable to comment on the ones remaining. I was promised two week turnaround for delivery for the items that was ordered, however, after follow up was told the items were never ordered to begin with. I was then promised another delivery time, and upon follow up, it was pushed again. It is now been a month and I still not have received my dining table and ottoman. bought massage chair after seeing ad on social media it delivered 26 days while it said 4-6 business day delivery, also the gold strip around the chair is completely missing and when I messaged support they claim its the new version which even to this day its still showing on their site the gold strip around the chair, more like misleading ad and advertisement would never buy from this place again. complete scam
