They write fake letters, then the bank won't respond to the real estate agents or the title company even up to closing day. Literally no calls back at all. Totally ghosted everyone. And if they don't like negative reviews like this, they'll need to start using more discretion in who they write pre-approval letters for and start answering the phone or calling people back when the title company calls for updates.
