Slow but nice people
I don't even know where to begin. First off, if you don't have a high visibility vest/jacket, you are not going to be "helped." My first interaction with Forward Air in their warehouse was a forklift operator just pointing to his high visibility vest and driving off in his forklift. The photo attached to this review shows the (not) welcoming environment for customers. Second, they have you walk into this cage and beg to be let in to let one of the employees "help" you.
