Ordered a new fridge from Costco and this is the company they use for local delivery. The WORST experience ever! They were an hour early, which I was excited about, but then they said they couldn’t do it because they might slip since it was raining!!! What!?!? They managed to get it off the truck, up my driveway, and into the garage…but couldn’t go down my level concrete walkway up a few stairs into the house!!!
