We ordered approximately 40 monitors. When the driver arrived, he informed us he had a delivery. We asked him to bring the shipment inside, but he stated it was considered an outside delivery and that he was not authorized to bring it in. He showed us that inside delivery was not included in the instructions. He then suggested that we reject the shipment (2 pallets totaling approximately 500 lbs) and contact the manager. This place is terrible I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to unload one pallet everyone is doing everything but working, vaping , talking
Ordered a fridge, only to have the delivery drivers go to the wrong house and then block my number. Now, we have to wait an extra 5 days because of their sloppy work and rude and unprofessional employees. The only reason we got anything figured out was because they didn't block my husband's number.
