Got a present from my husband from forward a necklace, genuine walla walla river rock necklace I was told when I went to return it. I wasn’t asking for money back I wanted to exchange for something else and I even had a gift certificate that I was going to use. I would have also added more money to my purchase if needed. The Foward team goes the extra mile for us every time we go in. They have beautiful style of clothes ,boots, hand made belts, purses, jewelry, wallets , as well as men’s clothes .
