As a 30 year member of Forum Credit Union, I learned a hard lesson this week. The On-Line bill pay feature utilizes a third party company to pay the actual bill. Some bills are NOT paid electronically by this third party, and instead are paid through a physically written check which js then MAILED TO THE VENDOR THROUGH USPS! I found this out when our gas utility was SHUT OFF due to the gas company not receiving the check payment through the mail. Even though the Noblesville location is closer to my house I find myself going out of my way to go to this branch because it is way quicker, more efficient, and the folks are friendlier.
