As a 30 year member of Forum Credit Union, I learned a hard lesson this week. The On-Line bill pay feature utilizes a third party company to pay the actual bill. Some bills are NOT paid electronically by this third party, and instead are paid through a physically written check which js then MAILED TO THE VENDOR THROUGH USPS! I found this out when our gas utility was SHUT OFF due to the gas company not receiving the check payment through the mail.
