Unbelievably poor customer service. I was actually astounded. Twice now the clerks have been terse and straight up rude. I will be moving my money elsewhere. I could not believe how rude the little blonde girl was. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. Completely unacceptable.
Forum is a decent bank. This location however is complete trash. Save yourself the grief and stress, just go to the Westfield branch. The only branch I go to that wants to put a hold on any check I deposit. Then it's hell trying to get them to release MY money.
Great service. Easy access.
