Deeply Disappointed and Regret Banking Here I do not recommend this bank to anyone. From the very beginning, my experience with them has been nothing but frustrating. I encountered multiple issues after securing an auto loan, and when I attempted to pay it off, they mishandled the transaction—taking an advance cash withdrawal from my card without properly informing me, which resulted in unexpected fees from my own bank. Unbelievably poor customer service. I was actually astounded. Twice now the clerks have been terse and straight up rude. I will be moving my money elsewhere. I could not believe how rude the little blonde girl was. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. Completely unacceptable.
Forum is a decent bank. This location however is complete trash. Save yourself the grief and stress, just go to the Westfield branch. The only branch I go to that wants to put a hold on any check I deposit. Then it's hell trying to get them to release MY money.
