We were greeted by a friendly young lady named Kayla who was not pushy at all and wanted to know our story about purchasing a new bedroom suite. Kayla made us feel very confident as we explored 3 options with multiple variations. She assisted us with such a personal experience and was very knowledgeable in all the products that were on offer. We finalised our purchase and can’t wait to see the vision that Kayla helped us achieve.

As my parents were coming in for a visit, we needed a queen bed and mattress for the guest room. I was strapped for time and needed something sorted quickly. We ended up going for a drive to Taylors Lakes hoping one of the shops will have something which matches our existing deco. Visited to a few stores and stumbled into Forty Winks. We were on a journey to purchase a new Mattress, Base and Bedhead and were not exactly sure of what we were after. On the day we visited Forty Winks Taylors Lakes, we were greeted by the lovely and bubbly Sales Consultant Hana who was very helpful and knowledgeable of all their products on offer. Despite the fact that we went backwards and forwards to the store with questions etc., on several occasions, Hana was very patient and more than willing to take the time to assist us.
