when I contacted the store to report that the item had not been delivered as tracking showed I oppened a case on paypal and the owner essentially accused me or my family of stealing the item in order to get a new one free. It was discovered that the postal carrier delivered to the wrong address, I dont appreciatte being called a thief.
Very pleased with my husband's ring I got him for Christmas it's is amazing he is going to love it, was very happy it came on time!
So amazing!!! Long story short, I lost a Black Hills Gold ring that was very special to me. Jason was incredibly helpful and kind for locating the unique mold for the ring that’s no longer produced- and he custom made me a new ring!!
