Rolled over a retirement account into a gold self directed account in December 2015. I purchased American gold eagle proof coin sets at the recommendation of their salesman. What he didn't tell me, was that Fortress Gold would basically double the price of the coin sets, adding over $1200 premium per set. Those gold coin sets are valued at the spot price for gold, or maybe a few dollars more, but have never been worth the $3500 I was charged. I was basically cheated out of over $50,000 by Fortress Gold Group. Buyer beware!
I have called and left several voice mails about information regarding an account my father in-law, now deceased, has with your company. I need information in order to settle the estate. I have not received a call back or a response to the e-mail that I have sent. I have been trying to contact someone in your firm for three weeks. I am starting to believe Fortress Gold does not exist and my Father in-law has been scamed
I was very pleased with all of the representatives who helped me through the whole process. We had a few hiccups along the way, because of my travels and not being able to get to a phone sometimes, but we all worked together to get the job done. Thanks to all of you.
