I have been a customer for over 25 years and while this bank use to be a nice community bank it is no longer the case. I have had many problems including ATM not working multiple times, very limited hours, difficult to use online banking, expensive fees, and unprofessional staff. Recently it appears this bank is spending most of its effort as a mortgage broker in big cities ignoring its local small town customers. I would avoid this bank as many other local banks offer better deals and longer hours.
