Alana is a fantastic Tai Chi instructor! I was very happily surprised at how much of a workout an hour class was. She is so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable as a beginner; her prompts throughout the movements, also, are incredibly helpful! I haven't experienced her acupuncture yet, but plan to! I very highly recommend Alana -- she's an amazing human :)
