Fortress Acupuncture and Alana have helped improve my health this past year. I originally went for treatment to try and get rid of a COVID cough that would not subside. Within weeks the cough was gone. I stayed to reduce my spring allergy symptoms and was able to get through the season with no medication. Alana has a lovely calm presence and gentle touch. I have seen her for treatment of tinitus and most recently sciatic pain. After one treatment my pain was reduced by 80%. Alana's knowledge and wilingness to share adds to an incredible experience.
