I have been filing my tax return from them from last 2 years. They are very helpful and trustworthy.
I tried Fortress this past spring of 2023 for the 2022 tax yr. I am a private contractor. They did the very minimum tax return. They booked numerous ph. appointments with me. They were mostly late, or completely didn't call at all. Every time. Now CRA wants more info, and guess what,..same lack of service. Now I have to drive in from the Interlake to deal with it in person to ensure the problem gets resolved in a timely manor. Update- had to get a REAL accountant to fix their lack of tax knowledge.
