I had a very disappointing experience with Fortress Accounting, and I feel it’s important to share this so others can be aware. I filed my taxes with them last year and provided all the required information, including details about my spouse’s pregnancy. However, I was never clearly informed that a disability-related claim was being added to my return. I later received a refund.
