I've been a loyal customer for several years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Over the past two years, my tax returns have been delayed for 10 weeks or more, and the final amount differed significantly from the initial estimate provided by the accountant. The lack of professionalism and slow upload of documents to the CRA is unacceptable. Considering the fees, the service falls woefully short of expectations. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
