Good service and doing taxes for 8+ plus . Very busy but good service
Their office is in a completely different area than advertised, (shows on st.annes road but located by McPhillips and Templeton) and the accountant I saw was completely incompetent, told me he was "done" without even asking about expenses, dependents, eligible tax credits, etc. I did a better job on my own
After meeting in person to file our taxes we had to remind the accountant (via the assistant) to actually put the filing through weeks later because it wasn’t done. Then we received an invoice 2 months later even though we paid in full at the meeting. THEN the CRA contacted me about an issue on my return and I don’t even know what to tell them because I cannot get the accountant to call me back.
