I don’t recommend this company to anyone, rep lied about the membership term, which he stated we could cancel at anytime which was a joke. When we tried to leave they said we were locked in for a year…We will be pursuing legal actions. Not only lied to us but other members we joined with.
Same issues as other reviews. Signed up for a 16 weeks challenge at a local gym who uses Fortius Financial as their billing company. While at the gym, the sale rep verbally told me that the 3 times a week attendance is required to stay in the challenge (not to cancel membership). The sale rep also told me that I can freeze my membership at anytime if life circumstances occur (e.g. travel, work, injuries, etc). IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! The reason I’m giving one star is because of how the representative lied and deceived me into thinking something that never happened. Long story short..
