Fantastic pt clinic with friendly staff
Fortitude is a great place to go if you need physical therapy. I can't recommend them enough. Very personalized care.
Gets people on the path to healing!
Fantastic, knowledgeable staff. They helped get to the root cause. I was there for a torn meniscus but the real issue was my flat feet. I They helped me understand that even though I was there because my insurance was making me before and MRI it wouldn’t be wasted time. If I was to have surgery on my knee (which I didn’t) I would be in a better place post surgery for recovery. I now am aware of my feet almost daily and it has changed me for the better. If you like to hunt Don and Nathan are a wealth of knowledge as well.
NASTY experience. The front desk employee was friendly enough, but whoever the lady is was TERRIBLY rude. Save yourself the trouble and find another PT. Learn some customer service skills or replace that HORRIBLE woman. She even was disrespectful to her fellow employees. EW!
