I initially reached out to FHC to assist me with an existing injury. I can’t recommend them enough. The place is welcoming and the knowledge of the staff is second to none. The assistance and support I received has been amazing.
Fortitude Health’s services and facilities are second to none. The recommend combination or Clinical Pilates and programmed gym sessions has delivered excellent results. Improved mobility, flexibility and strength have delivered improved performance and quality of day to day life. 5 Stars for exceptional staff, facilities and results.
My experience at FHC has been only positive. FHC have the most supportive and responsive team from the minute you walk through the door to the Pilates or gym space. FHC has changed my life by reducing pain, increasing strength and improving daily function postpartum and post injury.
Most amazing gym! Maddi and the team are super friendly and knowledgable - I have been strength training from a young age and injured my back not realising I was never taught correct form, since coming here I have learnt how to do exercises effectively and safely and got results plus my back is happy! Best team and environment also !! ☺️☺️
