We had the rudest experience, just calling in to see if we could make a tax appointment. The Mrs. was connected to the owner by a kind lady, and then he immediately asked if I was a marketing firm, and when I said no, he said, “well we don’t deal with those types of firms.” I said “ok..” Then he said he would transfer me back to the front desk to make an appointment.
