Brought a load of water pipe to deliver, first time at this location. Pulled up yard on maps before arriving, seemed straightforward; gate to the right says do not enter, proceed to gate on the left, no signage on where to check in - except sign on the side door of the building said to pull around back for counter sales - so I started back. Forklift driver meets me and motions me to back up out of the yard onto the street. I’m a former Warehouse Associate/Driver of this company’s Maryland location (which is a YARD with NO WAREHOUSE in sight) and am also African American. If you’re not a "good ol’ boy" there’s no room for elevation. The toxic environment of this company trickles down all the way from the company executives to the cowardly management and egotistic salesmen. It’s no secret the entire company runs on nepotism.
