I'm a truck driver and I loaded a load of 12x20 14R plastic pipe on a Friday for Monday delivery. As I always do, I contacted the customer, fortiline waterworks, for delivery information. They start a 7am. I get here for ontime delivery at 6:59am. They won't unload me for at least another hour. It is now 8:15 and I still sit waiting to unload. No one is in the yard, no customers picking up material, yet here I sit waiting to unload. I will never bring a load here again. Very unprofessional.
