Bad at scheduling, bad at communicating, only cares about money, is not on top of his cases, provides no legal advice even after paying and extremely overpriced. If you don't mind paying $10k+ for a lawyer, find one who actually represents and supports their clients, this man does not. If you're in a nasty court battle and need to protect yourself and your child/children, or need real legal help, this is not the lawyer to reach out to.

Mr Provencher, I paid you over 4,000 and I’m on SS so obviously that was a lot of money. Especially due to the fact i hired you over a year ago! You’ve done absolutely nothing and now you’re ghosting me. I had a scheduled appointment with you early Tuesday morning last week. I had the pleasure of working with him for my custody case and he is definitely a smart confident man although it’s hard for him to get on the phone.
