Came into this bank to get something notarized. I was told by one of the female workers that is something that they do not do at fortifi bank. I told this worker that I have gotten something notarized in the past at this bank AND location. The worker then told me that that absolutely should not have happened, and that they don't do that. I then left, drove to the green lake location, 30 minutes out of my way, to get something notarized.
