My wife and I scheduled an appointment to sign documents for a for a name change on an account and for a CD renewal. We were assured everything would be ready for us. When we arrived at the scheduled time, the bank personnel did not have any documents ready for us.
I have banked at several other places and was never happy with the experience. Banking at Fortifi has been such a refreshing change. The employees care about their clients and are always making sure that the clients are in the correct account to meet their banking needs. They greet each person by name, ask after other family members, even the fur babies! I would recommend Fortifi to anyone!
Great place to work. Friendly staff, flexible hours, and strong management. Bank truly cares about its clients and employees.
