Wanting to open an added account. Savings. Very acceptable sum. Four plus hours, two phone calls, and notta from the branch. Walk into the Omro branch sometime. Never a customer car in the parking lot. Never a customer in the lobby. Never a customer with management. AND you guessed it. Never able to speak with someone that has branch duties. Customer duty comes later apparently.
The staff is second to none at the Omro branch. They are friendly and helpful. I've been banking there for years.

I have been with this bank since before the name change. I can and do confidently recommend Fortifi Bank to anyone. They offer a personal and friendly environment with professionalism. As for business banking , I couldn't be treated better. John Snyder
