Excellent customer service very calm atmosphere and clean facility
I received excellent service from Matthew today at the Ft Campbell , KY branch. Matthew was very patient and respectful. I was very nervous and Matthew was very professional with me regarding my transaction to my son.
Lisa White took care of my needs with great attention and care. It was a pleasure working with her. She said something to me that warmed my heart. She said you and your sisters are like family.. Your entire staff at Fortera on Ft Campbell Army base are always polite and friendly. Love me some Fortera staff. They all need a raise.
