Yall! There is this woman here named Anna! I needed to get a replacement card because I had lost my current one! Their system was down so unfortunately she couldn’t give me a card! She told me to come back tomorrow, and I did! The reason to why I am writing this review is because Fortera Credit Union has picked the right young lady! She has the best personality, understanding, kind and funny! My experience here will be enjoyable from here on out (not that it wasn’t before)! Thank you guys!
Derrick was wonderful!!! I needed to do a shared branch deposit, 2 minutes before closing, he was friendly, professional and quick!!!!
