All I wanted was a simple skip a pay and they told me no and fed me to the sharks.No mercy, no kindness, a very poor way to run a business.They do not mind stuffing food into their mouth that we pay for, but they will not treat me like a person.I am nothing more than a cog in their broken machine,once the loan is paid off, we will never return under any circumstance, not in a million years!
Had a very poor experience, they failed to record my request of skipping a car payment after they had agreed to process the transaction in a timely fashion.I received letter in the mail, telling me I was late on my car payment 3 weeks later.Total, utter foolishness,they charged me 30 dollars to handle the transaction,I have been robbed of my money,they failed do what they had agreed to do, in a professional manner, which is what I was paying for! Mad as a hornet, totally robbed!
