Had a very poor experience, they failed to record my request of skipping a car payment after they had agreed to process the transaction in a timely fashion.I received letter in the mail, telling me I was late on my car payment 3 weeks later.Total, utter foolishness,they charged me 30 dollars to handle the transaction,I have been robbed of my money,they failed do what they had agreed to do, in a professional manner, which is what I was paying for! Mad as a hornet, totally robbed!
We have been Fortera CU for almost 30 years. We have always received excellent service at the Clarksville TN branches. In 2023-2024, I have interacted with the following employees by phone or chat: Charles, Danika, Terinda, Christina, Mychael, Michael, D’arbara Bagby, Jordan Yorkus, and Nate Hayes. Recently financed car loan with this bank. Big mistake will never happen again. I don't like being lied to.
Aweful! Went there for a prepaid credit card...felt like the teller was messing with us having us wait over an hour 2days in a row.at least the 3rd day was only 20mins.i feel like if i wouldnt have inquired about how long it takes online i Would Still Be Waiting.Definetly dont even want to give them 1 star.praying it was just her and not the bank.
