NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE DOCTORS, THERAPISTS, NURSES, AND THE FAMILY OF THE PATIENT. Have only seen the social worker a few times very early when my brother first came in. Gave his upcoming cardiologist appointment information to the records lady. They missed his appointment. I have no idea what medication he is on, his therapy, his anything. Well,I experienced a lil neglected,my mother was soaking in own urine,and no sheets for some hours before I got there round 2ish I think,so I wasn't to happy about that,no sheets,the bed soaked with her urine,.
