This is filthy. Saw roaches in the cafeteria area. They don't employee people to come clean everyday. It's basically once or twice a week.
Very unprofessional they gossip more then they do work use to think very highly of this place until I got told to come back to work here I apply and then they gossip about not hiring me over a situation that had nothing to do with me childish
Crystal 6/2 nurse has been wonderful! The DON, Donna is awesome, she's very kind and easy to talk to. The Rehab staff is also amazing, especially Mike.
This place is an awful dirty unpleasant place that smells constantly. DO NOT send your family members here. I filed a grievance with the state board and CDC. I had my mom pulled from there by ambulance . I had her sent to the emergency room and she had a UTI! She had bed sores and the doctor at Harris hospital asked where she had been. He said your mom is severely hydrated and that’s why she’s so confused. She was there for 4 days and she was in the same hospital gown on day 3.
