TERRIBLE PLACE. One reviewer commented on how everyone sat and visited in the big lobby area. The reason is that the rooms are kept so darn cold you cant stay in them 24/7. My ears, nose, & cheeks were frozen. Rooms are way way to cold. Food was ok. I was there 24 hours. Thats all i could take. I received no therapy and my visit with the head of therapy services was done via Facetime. One of the workers held up her phone and the director did her welcome visit speech. Chaplain for Hospice Care. Staff was friendly and caring of patients in my observation. They provide patient activities to engage staff to stimulate and socialize with one another.
Loving this facility. The staffing coordinator has been a huge help to my family and I. Candi is a very nice and welcoming women.
They were ready for their new patient. He had great night. Doing well today.
