I closed on a house on Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning they’ve already shut my water off. Not even a one day, grace period. It amazes me that they’re allowed to treat customers this poorly.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place sucks! I hate that I even have to have any business with this place. Reading all the other reviews, what is being done about the absolute poor customer service. The people that when here are so rude!

Andrea is very disrespectful on these recorderd lines. She either target certain customers are just me it's hard to tell. I would never talk to a customer in such a tone she does. She say she just doing her job. This is horrible. She always like this year after year. City of Fortworth can literally pull these calls. She is very unprofessional and they have your personal information. This is not right. This lady can be trained properly by listening to her call intakes.
