Came home inspecting to get a meal and take a shower, water off. It's not the fact that the water is off is the fact that they said no freaking notification. They can't tell you how long it's going to be off. The customer service agent sounded like a robot. No compassion or empathy whatsoever.
Terrible people. Do me a favor and just close the office.
Customer service everyone has attitudes and the goal is never to help! They are by far the worst and it’s going to be my biggest pleasure to move out of Fort Worth!!
What a joke. Zero customer service skills, no competence, and no care for customers. They wouldn’t even come out to look at their water meter, which is standing full of water. “It’s a private issue.” Yet the meter box is the only area that has standing water. They will do everything possible to blow you off and deny any responsibility. Pathetic organization.
