Customer service everyone has attitudes and the goal is never to help! They are by far the worst and it’s going to be my biggest pleasure to move out of Fort Worth!!
What a joke. Zero customer service skills, no competence, and no care for customers. They wouldn’t even come out to look at their water meter, which is standing full of water. “It’s a private issue.” Yet the meter box is the only area that has standing water. They will do everything possible to blow you off and deny any responsibility. Pathetic organization.
I have Called on the Hispanic middle aged, short stout dark haired “TRASH COLLECTOR” 7 times in total about picking up all my neighbors trash and not mine…I even put it out the day prior to insure that it would be serviced! I can only assume it’s because I’ve complained in the past and of course IM THE ONLY PERSON WHO LOOKS LIKE ME ON MY BLOCK , however I’m the only 1 for blocks so I guess a token, doesn’t go far these days!!! I would like to share my appreciation for Norma, the customer service representative at the water department. She was extremely courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Although my past experiences were not very positive, Norma went above and beyond to resolve my issue efficiently and with great professionalism. Her excellent service truly made a difference.
