Andrea is very disrespectful on these recorderd lines. She either target certain customers are just me it's hard to tell. I would never talk to a customer in such a tone she does. She say she just doing her job. This is horrible. She always like this year after year. City of Fortworth can literally pull these calls. She is very unprofessional and they have your personal information. This is not right. This lady can be trained properly by listening to her call intakes.
The Fort Worth Water Department and Permitting Division has the absolute worst customer service imaginable. If residents of Fort Worth had another choice, the entire department would have been replaced a long time ago. The people in that office act like they’re royalty, forgetting that they were hired by the public to serve the public. They claim to be "investigating" your case, yet in reality, they haven’t even opened one.
