The Fort Worth Water Department and Permitting Division has the absolute worst customer service imaginable. If residents of Fort Worth had another choice, the entire department would have been replaced a long time ago. The people in that office act like they’re royalty, forgetting that they were hired by the public to serve the public. Ridiculous. I have called 10 times and the automated customer service has hung up on me every time, even choosing different options. I just want to talk to a live representative.

This is mostly due to the new office on 100 Fort Worth Trail. They have taken a simple process and added so many extra unnecessary steps. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I guess because they are the only place to get water from they think they don’t have to be at least half way nice to people. I have had better service from a teenager at Taco Bell. DO BETTER FORT WORTH
