A family member was brought here after an extended hospital stay and left in much worse condition. They potentially could have died, given how horrible this place is, if family had not been there every day. I don't say this lightly, but I believe the nursing staff here is genuinely evil. The manager, Ruth, was horrible, hateful, and lazy. Staff are helpful and friendly onsite Only problem is you can’t reach your loved one’s by phone for days. This nursing home doesn’t staff personnel to reset wifi phone system. This is especially difficult on family whom live out of state or lack transportation for visits.
