We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

While this facility excels in kitchen service and workout facilities, it’s woefully understaffed and ill-equipped to meet patient needs, at least in my experience. During my recent three-week stay, I encountered some compassionate, competent staff, but others are not only unhappy with their job, but every request from yours truly was met with a groan or door slam. I would not send anyone Here,my wife was here With cancer,she was fearful of a male nurse She begged me not to Leave her there,she died Of cancer,they did not Take care of her.i had To chase care takers down to get them to change her diapers, I wished now I would Have investigated this Place before we brought Her here,i know things Went on that I don,t Know about.
The care was not good. Some of the nurses and aides were very helpful. But the majority was not. The doctor that came was the worse. He came and listened to my heart and would not stay to hear my concerns. I don’t know how he is a doctor. After my 30 days they told me I could pay for my care since insurance has released me or go home . The doctor could have appealed the release but he wouldn’t.
