Head nurse was rude when i asked for help for my mom to get shower. Lady said they would get someone but they were eating ice cream right now. No employees on floor 2 at 2:30 in the afternoon.Food horrible and mom says medication not being given at night. Great at Christmas to not good care.What happening?
My wife was here for 20 days and it was a terrible experience. Her medication was always late which with anti seizure medication being late is unacceptable. The place was unsanitary, there was human fecis in the sink of the bathroom near the nurses station sink for 3 days before anyone bothered to clean it up. The water they provided patients came from igloo coolers that you would put can drinks in that were filled with water and ice floating around and they would scoop peoples cups in them and patients had access to do the ... read more
Excellent long-term care facility with caring, attentive staff and a clean, welcoming environment. The team goes above and beyond to provide compassionate care and treat residents with dignity and respect. Highly recommend!
