We had never needed to utilize a process server and were very uncertain how to proceed. I received a very positive recommendation from a local attorney to utilize B Squared. They were very helpful assisting us with the service process and their communication during the process was a real plus! A great group to use for your Process Server needs!
Wife contacted through the website, called and left a message.. Never responded to any of it. I see below that they are terrible so just go to the constable in your area and pay them to serve people as this company doesn't respond and it is a time sensitive matter.
I would not recommend this company. I have had to basically harass them every step of the way for updates. They do not keep you informed or updated and it has taken them a full week to complete each step, including sending me a link to make payment. It has been over two and a half weeks and I still don't have proof of serving and I don't know if they have filed the citation or even if they will. I requested that information via email and am still awaiting response. If you are in a hurry, do not use this company.
