I sent the material list for our deck build to get a quote. All items on the list were standard dimensional sizes. I was sent a quote with everything quoted as listed, so far so good. I was out of town and they would not take my card over the phone so a week later I went to the store to pay and set up delivery. Once in the store my quote was basically thrown out the window.
