From the moment I made my appointment on the phone I felt comfortable. The person I spoke with was kind, patient and answered my questions clearly while stating I was in good hands which felt very genuine. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Smith, Dr. Novack and the entire team! The entire experience was smooth and professional from the moment I walked in the front door. Dr. Smith and Dr. Novack took the time to answer any and all questions I had and made me feel completely at ease. If you are a person that requires a clear understanding, but instead get riduculed for asking questions, please look for another option. If you are a person who demands to be spoken to with respect and not spoken at, please look for another option. My recent experience with 2 of the office staff was utterly deplorable. I don't know what Dr.Roberts did to me but I think it's been 2 years later now and I still have pain. And lately I've been feeling some type of movement in the spot where the hernia was so I'm going to see what's going on.
