I don't know what Dr.Roberts did to me but I think it's been 2 years later now and I still have pain. And lately I've been feeling some type of movement in the spot where the hernia was so I'm going to see what's going on. This clinic is number 1 in my opinion in my personal experience, from my initial consultation in December 2024 to my surgery in April 2025. I just completed my 8 week post op appointment and I am so very grateful for the information, time, care and follow up from the start, Dr. Robert's is awesome and so is the rest of the staff. Thank You All So very much, the Duo Denal Switch Surgery I had was a life changer.

I am very disappointed with Dr.Roberts. I was told by Dr.Roberts that my insurance would cover my surgery with requirements . Then I received a call from his office saying I am to pay so much $$$$ and my insurance would pay the rest. Now I was told by Dr.Roberts office that it would be better to do self pay and I did not need the insurance requirements which was a psychological test, heart test and chest x-rays. Very disappointed 😞.

My entire experience this past year has been wonderful. I had to jump through a few hoops prior to surgery but nothing I couldn't handle. The staff has been supportive and Dr Novak is the best!!! I don't regret having the surgery and Im sooo glad I chose Ultimate Bariatrics.
