No word can ever describe the love I have for this clinic, their staff and their surgeons at both locations. I have had the pleasure to work With Dr.Novac, Dr. Robert’s & Dr. Burroughs. I had gone there as a referral for a hernia repair. The doctor, Smith, was an excellent Doctor and I appreciate his treatment. However, when it comes to addressing concerns with pain? This practice is ridiculous. I am two weeks post op with an infection that put me in the emergency room and they are refusing to do anything about the pain. They were given a list of medications that do not work on me and yet, they still prescribed them. Plus they don’t offer any reasonable solutions to help you. One of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made! Dr. Novak and his entire staff are the absolute greatest. I feel so much better, with a lot more energy to literally run and play with my grandchildren. I feel like a whole new woman, and I’m forever grateful. Thanks Dr. Novak for giving me my life back!
My husband and I both got our gastric sleeve done with them. Everyone was wonderful from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
