If you need a Credit card, loan, open an account, please run away from here!! They will make your life miserable, this is the WORST!! Worst!! Worst Bank or whatever this is i never been into.. people on the phone will never help you, they are rude af, please i did the mistake ( car loan) from day 1 mi life was miserable! I don’t want the same for you! Take it as an advice !

My car note is less than 650. I pay 750 a month in case I have an emergency or come up short the next. These people have kept me in the black since day 1 saying it's my banks fault when they don't let you pick if your extra goes towards future payments or principal. My advice pick someone else. Over a year now and I'm done this is nuts. Especially this woman calling me saying I'm in the red and after 1 or 2 hours on the phone I'm not. Just pick someone else.
They do whatever they want with your money and accounts without notice or communication. If you issue a compliant about their business practices they retaliate and restrict you from your account. Bullies and would make a person with mental illness ill.
