Been with Fort Worth Community Credit Union for almost 38 years now and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Never leaving!
Please tell your member service people not to say to customers, when they're having an account problem, "to have a better day." I called about 9:08 a.m. the bank was barely open. I was also informed that her debit card worked last night. It was a pain issue and I had to reset to the same pin. Account has been opened over a year. I first to use my ZIP code at a gas pump by mistake and I guess it locked me out. Bad customer service response.
