Things are on a negative trajectory with this credit union. The quality of customer service has declined. The phone CSRs really don't know what they're doing, they don't have good listening skills, there is never a 2nd line customer service lead or supervisor available. The phone system didn't work after hours to reach the debit/credit card company. I can't log into my online banking. The phone CSR wasn't interested in knowing that the phone system didn't work after 6 p.m. to speak to the credit/debit card company. I went to... read more
Plan on traveling north or west when you leave this parking lot. It's the only direction that you can legally travel in. Their speed bumps are intense and serious. It's good to be safe...don't wanna run anyone over. Slow down! But for real, these will damage your car if you go harder than a slight roll. This location is just inconvenient and that sucks
Their app is not so great. Will not take link to other institution autopay or transfer.
Eugene Garcia is a top notch professional loan officer, he carries himself with an amazing ability to slowly and thoroughly go through the loan process for refinancing an automobile. He was quick to answer all of my questions concerning the loan as well as engaging in a little bit of laughter along the way.
