Been my credit union for over 20 plus years now. Wonderful staff and service
The credit union itself has just gone down the drain. I've been a member for 21 years but it's time to part ways.
They were a great place about 15 to 20 yrs ago. Now they have same crappy customer service as any bank. Ive spent 3 weeks trying to get a 23.98 negative balance taken care with them and frankly Im positive there are no humans here. They cant do math very well. Long hold times. No staff. No resolution to anything. Same letter comes thru with a negative balance on my account AND CREDIT! DO something about it FWCC instead of just telling to call the same worthless 817-835-5000 number that cannot help with anything. We are talki... read more
