I love the idea of this organization and it's mission...BUT the hard truth is TCA+A is a toxic work environment and the people running the show do not have good intentions. I worked at TCA+A for nearly five years and witnessed an abundance of turnover and turmoil. Employees are overwhelmingly underpaid and overworked and severely under appreciated. My daughter has attended their Creative Arts Camp every year for the past 3 summers. This has been her favorite camp out of all the summer camps she does and she talks about it throughout the year. We look forward to attending again next summer!
My daughter had a fantastic experience with Creative Arts summer camp. Professional staff, fun environment, and an overall wonderful week.
I think it is highly disrespectful to rude to the trans community. Making a decisions on not allowing trans people not to be part of Sgt you have no right to say such things and do such things. On the behave of you having children, what if one of them were trans how would you , as a parent for your child not allowed to be part of something because of who they are. You are discussing re-think about your chooses. You are a grown adult you should know better. I am very disappointed in you actions. Do better.
We sent our daughter for their week long summer Creative Arts Camp and she had an amazing time! Everyday she was excited at drop off and at pick up she was incredible happy. When we arrived for the end of week demonstration it was evident that she had learned a lot of concepts of art, dance, theater and music. Overall it was definitely worth the time, she is looking forward to the upcoming school year at TeSA!
