My mother recently spent a few weeks at FWB Rehab, and the care she received was truly excellent. The facility was secure, the staff was kind, and her room was both clean and spacious. A wonderful highlight was that after showing proof of vaccination, we were permitted to bring her dogs to visit. Seeing them during her first few days—when she wasn't yet strong enough to leave the facility—meant the world to her. Was skeptical when I heard about FWB Rehab. I was relieved AND pleasantly surprised when I visited the place. I was expecting a nursing home environment and got a clean atmosphere, environment and pleasant employees. Start at the front door. "Always locked" for security, the sign in receptionist very pleasant. Was shown around before my wife arrived. I am so pleased with Ft Walton Rehabilitation center. It is very clean, the staff is very pleasant and professional and their foid is good. Compared to where my husband was before this is like the Hilton. They have been to very helpful. I would highly recommend this facility.

Called billing spoke with Rhonda. She was mean, rude and disrespectful. She apparently is the business manager with no one higher. She needs training in manners. 1 star!!

I highly recommend this facility. The staff is so kind and efficient. I really enjoyed my physical therapy with their friendly and extremely kind physical therapists.
