They had a sign advertising "Gold and Silver Dollars for Purchase", which is a bit misleading, but as a coin collector, I understood what they meant. Small dollars; Susan B Anthony, Sacajawea, Presidential, I even found the 2018 Jim Thorpe Native America dollar. They only had 1 roll, and they had to bring it out of the vault. Been with this bank almost 4 years , I love it , friendly service, quick and knowledgeable , and very helpful. I do highly recommend this bank.
They charged me a fee for using their own ATM machine. They disabled my online account because I needed to reset my password, then said I needed to create a new user name and proceeded to use the old one! Why did I need to create a new one??? Hairline freaks! It's there online Staff! Asking me information that they already have access to, after I confirmed my ID in person in their bank!
I have had an account with fsnb for over 5 years and they are great. If u have a problem they work with u. The only problems that I have is u cannot deposit any money from any atm. U have to go to the bank in person to deposit money. The other is that there is no way to actually contact the branch u have your account with. The numbers they have for contacting them is an 800 number. Other than those things u get great service. To open an account is only $5.00.
Terrible bank and terrible service. They are dishonest, they charge fees for any and every thing you do and they are extremely slow even with cash deposits. Bank somewhere else if you possibly can.
