I just opened a account I was so pleased with customer service I was greeted with a welcome smile and felt like a part of a family after I opened my account I was very pleased with this bank
This has got to be the sorriest bank ever. I've had numerous problems with fraud multiple times, poor customer service, every time ridiculous account fees and atupid hours, Not to mention the raggetty atm rarely works right.
They listen to the customer and don't make hasty decisions without all the facts. They're kind and sensible. I like this bank so far.
